After importing a transport, dumps are seen when accessing transactions such as SE11, SE38, SE80, SPAM and SAINT:

What happened?
 Error in the ABAP Application Program
The current ABAP program "SAPLS38C" had to be terminated because it has
 come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.
 In include "%_CBCWBN ", in line 296 of program
 "SAPLSEQ0 ", the following syntax errors
 have occurred:
 Type "CWBNTKEYTSTAMP" is unknown
