Symptom

SM:RCD_CHECK_UPDATES failed with below error:

Step 4.0: Execution Check Started
Step 4.1: Execute Download of Content from SMP Started.
Error during download from URL .File STCON*.ZIP 1 has download status PREPARED
Error while downloading delivery 34: Error Text - Error during download from URL .File STCONT*.ZIP 1 has download status PREPARED
Job cancelled.
