2923547 - "The error query is not traceable due to potential security reasons" message in the SQL Trace

Symptom

SQL Trace doesn't show the affected query when it fails due to incorrect syntax.

Instead, it shows the following message:
# ERROR QUERY: cursor_140018803720192_c23157.execute(''' < The error query is not traceable due to potential security reasons > ''')
