In a Goal Plan, select to Add Goal or Edit Goal

Above the Text field note that the "Spell Check" option is available:

Yes, it is possible to disable the Spell Check feature for specific Goal Plan templates.

For Partners and Support:

The following attribute controls access to the Spell Check link above a text area field:  spellchk="true"

To disable the Spell Check link, this must be set to spellchk="false"
