2923760 - Job History record cannot be imported after the initial hire record due to time sheet errors.

Incremental import of job history records fails with the following error, for users who only have a single hire record present in job history:

'You cannot make this change to the effective start date because time sheets already contain data before the new effective start date'.

'Suppress update of identical records during Employee Central import for supported entities' feature has been enabled in the system under Company System and Logo Settings. There’s currently a gap in the system when the event reason sent to time off by the system is incorrect when this feature is enabled.

To resolve the issue, please disable the 'Suppress update of identical records during Employee Central import for supported entities' feature from Company System and Logo Settings:

The Engineering team is working on fixing this gap in future releases.
