Symptom

Connections based on SAP's RFC protocol between your systems and the SAP Support Backbone are no longer functional. In particular, the classic RFC connection SAPOSS has gone offline. SAP applications that rely on RFC connections between your system and SAP's Support Backbone are therefore not working any more.
