Mass edit functionality does not work in tasks for Category field.
SAP Cloud for Customer.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Activities work center.
- Go to Tasks view.
- Select query All.
- Select the Edit option.
- Select required Task from the list.
- Try changing status for selected Tasks.
You will not be able to change status for the selected Tasks.
This is expected system behavior .
Currently only Processor and Owner can be used for mass edit functionality in Tasks.
