2923812 - The ATM setup on system 'XXX' is incomplete or out-of-date and needs to be adjusted. Repair ATM - SAP ASE for BS

Symptom

  • In DBA Cockpit, ATM shows the following error message:

    "The ATM setup on system 'XXX' is incomplete or out-of-date and needs to be adjusted. Repair ATM".

  • When you click the 'Repair ATM' button, you will get the following information:

    "At least one maintenance window is currently running. It is recommended to wait for an offline window before updating ATM. Cancel execution of running maintenance windows?"

  • When you want to repair the issue using 'Uninstall ATM' and reset it, it shows the following error message:

    Kernel Error ID:

    DB Error: Yes

    SQL Code: 19072

    SQL Message: [ASE Error SQL19072][SAP][ASE ODBC Driver][Adaptive Server Enterprise]Procedure sp_sjobdrop, unable to perform the operation while running jobs are using sjname=SAP_ATM_W1.
