2923954 - Question Mark Beside Contingent Worker Name in Org Chart Search

When searching for contingent worker in Org chart search a question mark appears beside the users name.  If you place your mouse over this it will display a message "You do not have permission to view information about whether this is a contingent worker. To obtain permissions, please contact your administrator. “

Org Chart

1. Go to Org chart
2. Search User
3. See Question Mark beside name- No contingent worker badge
4. Place mouse over question Mark to see message "You do not have permission to view information about whether this is a contingent worker. To obtain permissions, please contact your administrator. “

If instance is configured to allow contigent workers and parameter includeContingentWorkers = YES or default

then search results will show the "Contingent worker" badge.

If field level permission is not set for logged in user, result will show help "?" badge with mouse-over explain text
“You do not have permission to view information about whether this is a contingent worker. To obtain permissions, please contact your administrator. “

You can resolve this by granting field level permission for is contingent worker field of Employment entity in RBP. This can be found under Manage Permission Roles> Select relevant role> Employee data> Employment details> Contingent worker
