Symptom

  • The Unicode Characters (e.g. Chinese/Japanese...) are not encoded properly and show "????" in Backoffice/Storefront.
  • The Cyrillic alphabets (e.g. Russian/Ukrainian/Polish characters...) are not saved as entered in Backoffice/Storefront.
