2924369 - User is not linked to any Posting Profile error - Recruiting Posting

Symptom

When I try to post a job in Recruiting Posting, I’m receiving an error message : "You haven't been associated to any posting profile."

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Recruiting
  2. Choose the job requisition you wish to post
  3. Select Job posting
  4. Click to : Post a job
  5. The error message "You haven't been associated to any posting profile" is displayed on the interface

Cause

To post jobs in Recruiting Posting, the SuccessFactors user must be linked to at least one posting profile

Resolution

The administrator (user with Manage Recruiting Posting permission) needs to associate the affected user to at least one posting profile as described in SAP Knowledge Base Article 2798787 - How to Add Users to Posting Profile - Recruiting Posting.
