2924529 - [Onboarding] Invalid Bank Details in Personal Data Collection Step

When an onboardee tries to complete the Personal Data Collection step and provides Bank details, the following error message is received:

"ERROR: Invalid Bank Details. The given combination of Routing Number/BIC and Bank Country/Region does not exist in the Bank data."

SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Login to the system as the new hire/onboarding external user.
2. Click the Provide Personal Data for Onboarding Paperwork tile.
3. Complete the Personal Data Collection step, and provide the bank details in Compensation Info portlet.
4. Submit the form. Error message occurs: "ERROR: Invalid Bank Details. The given combination of Routing Number/BIC and Bank Country/Region does not exist in the Bank data."

Permissions for Bank object is missing for Onboarding External Users

1. Go to Admin Center >> Configure Object Definition.
2. Select Object Definition in the first drop down.
3. Select Bank in the second dropdown.
4. Click Take Action >> Make Correction.
5. Go down to Change Permission Category and select Miscellaneous Permissions.
6. Click Save.
7. Go to Manage Permission Roles and grant the object permission for External Onboarding Permission role.
