2924577 - Sender Of envelope from Docusign - Onboarding

Customer wants to change the email sender of envelopes from Docusign.

SAP Successfactors Onboarding 1.0 / 2.0

At this time it's not possible change the email sender of envelopes from Docusign. The sender will always be the API account being used between Onboarding X Docusign.
If this is required to your business scenario, our suggestion is to raise an enhancement request through SAP Influence Portal.
