2924707 - Error CO139 occurs when creating order by BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN with component quantity decimal values

Symptom

When creating order by BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN with component quantity decimal values. It shows an error message CO139 "Enter a quantity (without places behind decimal point)". However, when you use the same data to create/change order in transaction code IW31/IW32, system gives the message CO139 as warning message and user can proceed further to save order.
