This material explains how to enable the Request for Quotation (RFQ) Interactive Form.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Application and User Management work center. 
2. Go to Form Template Maintenance view. 
3. Search for RFQ interactive form.

No records found. 

The RFQ Interactive Form is currently not scoped. Therefore it isn't available. 

The steps to scope the RFQ Interactive Form is explained below: 

1. Go to Business configuration work center.
2. Go to Implementation Projects view.
3. Select the respective implementation project.
4. Click on Edit Project Scope button. 
5. Go to Questions.
6. Expand Sourcing.
7. Expand Sourcing and Contracting.
8. Select Communication for Sourcing and Contracting.
9. Check mark the question "Do you want to use interactive forms in the RFQ process?".
10. Click on Next.
11. Click on Finish.
