2924942 - After changing hiring date, error 'Personnel number nnnnnnnn does not exist' occurs during Org. Assignment replication

Symptom

After changing an employee's hiring date to a future date, when processing the Organizational Assignment replication of an employee with either report RH_SFIOM_VIEW_EE_ORG_ASS_RPRQ or RH_SFIOM_PROC_EE_ORG_ASS_RPRQ, the following error messages appearing in the application logs (transaction SLG1):

- Error during database update from PD buffer
- Database could not be update
- Personnel number <PERNR> does not exist
