How to restrict activation on non-managed devices such that only devices controlled by MDM solution are allowed to activate the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile app?
Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
- SAP SuccessFactors Mobile
Resolution
The steps are described in the help portal guide Restricting Activation on Non-Managed Devices
You will also need to copy all 3 Keys (SFSF_DomainName ; SFSF_Instance ; SuccessFactors ) and their Values and add them to your MDM system as an App Managed Configuration.
NOTE: Once restricted access is turned on, previous instances of SAP SuccessFactors Mobile, downloaded through the Apple App Store, are deactivated.
