2925231 - Synchronized Goals In Performance Form Rating Calclulations Do Not Respect Goal Weight

When goals are synchronized to performance forms, the goal weights in the form rating calculation are weighted 0 or equally and do not respect the goal weight.

Auto populate goal weights from weights in the goal plan is not checked

1. Log in to system
2. Navigate to Admin Center > Manage Templates
3. Select Performance Review tab
4. Select performance form template
5. Select Edit Fields and Sections > select goal section
6. Select Show advanced options...
7. Check the box for Auto populate goal weights from weights in the goal plan > Save
8. Launch new performance form
