2925355 - Initiate the onboarding process manually

Can we Initiate onboarding for a candidate if there is No Recruiting or third party to initiate onboarding?

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 

When new hire data isn’t present in the recruiting system, you can still initiate the onboarding process manually with this feature.

Procedure:

1. Go to Admin Center. Under On/Offboarding, select Add New Hire to Onboarding. The Add New Hire to Onboarding page opens.

2. Enter the basic information.

3. Select Initiate Onboarding to start the Onboarding process for the new hire right away. An external user is created in the system, and then the Onboarding process is initiated for this user
