Recruiting Marketing collects many values from the customer's Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Each value is stored in a data field within a table within a database, but there is a limit to how many characters can be stored in each field and each field is different. 

The purpose of this KBA is to show all the data fields in the "jobs" table and the character limits for each field. Note the numbers in brackets represent twice the actual limit for the English language.

EXAMPLE: For business unit ("businessunit"), the English limit is actually 40, not 80. The reason for this is that we must allocate space for foreign characters that have 2 bytes per character versus 1 for European languages.

If a value exceeds the limit in a data field, the job either cannot be stored in the database, or the information will be cut off. 
If a job is missing from the RMK site, this is a potential reason, and may require an update in the job details to fall within the data requirements of RMK.
Also note that the limits cannot be increased.
