• The location field is defined as multiselect="true"
• The location field on one job requisition has multiple values

This is expected behaviour because the location field is defined as multiselect="true". If you do not want the location field display option to show as a number, you can either: 

1. Do not define the field as multiselect="true">
2. Ensure that all requisitions only have one value for location and the location display option will show the label of that value only.
      

NOTE: The same applies to Position object. 
NOTE: If some users see the location/Position as number then one of the requisition on list has multiple values for the location/position object. The label will appear only if the requisition displayed have only one value
