Symptom

During the execution of the 'Managed System Configuration' for JAVA systems, the 'Test Logon' for the JAVA setup user in step 'Enter System Parameters' fails with the following error:

"Details: Exception while trying to get InitialContext. (Cause: There are no access points for service: P4 registered on the message server)"
