2925669 - 404 error when previewing pages in CSB - Recruiting Marketing

When I click on pages Preview in Career Site Builder, I'm getting error 404.

The error states: The termination occurred in system with error code 404 and for the reason Not found.

There are two possible reasons for this message to appear:

• The name of the page may contain a special character that breaks the preview URL.
• The domain is pointing to an incorrect or no longer valid IP address/Canonical Name.

To resolve the issue, check the reasons below:

• In CSB go to Pages and check if your Pages names do not contain any special character such as "/" and remove it. After amending page's name, the preview link should work as expected
• You can check where your domain is pointing at the following link. This test will list DNS records for a domain in priority order. The DNS lookup is done directly against the domain's authoritative name server, so changes to DNS Records should show up instantly. By default, the DNS lookup tool will return an IP address if you give it a name (e.g. SITE.jobs2web.com)

Note: The format recommended by SAP is the CNAME type present in your certificate, as shown in the image below. Another alternative would be to point to the SAP IP however the IP is mutable different from jobs2web. For these changes, you should contact your IT staff.
