2925689 - Deinstallation of SLL-LEG is only possible if SAP_APPL is installed

Symptom

While trying to uninstall SLL-LEG through SAINT, the following error occurs:

Import phase 'CHECK_SWCV' (<timestamp>)
Perform own checks and actions of Add-On SLL-LEG
The Add-On own plugin class /SAPSLL/CL_SLL_DEINSTALL was successfully instantiated
Messages of the Add-On specific action (plugin method CHECK_PRECONDITIONS):
Deinstallation of SLL-LEG is only possible if SAP_APPL is installed

SLL-LEG 900, 901, or V1100
