2925751 - Import Data Tool Does not Import Data after it says it is done

After using Import Data Tool, and the import has been complete because the green bar shows up saying done, nothing is imported.

The Job still needs to be Scheduled and there is a long delay from the "Done" to being redirected to the Job. 

Wait until the Background Job Scheduler is shown and schedule the job.
