2925789 - Error: 22: Invalid argument occurs during installation - Netweaver

Symptom

During installation in SWPM, or when trying to create redo logs manually, errors like below occur:


SQL statement or script failed.

DETAILS: Error message: ORA-01092: ORACLE instance terminated.
Disconnection forced ORA-01501: CREATE DATABASE failed
ORA-00301: error in adding log file '/oracle/<SID>/origlogA/log_g11m1.dbf' - file cannot be created
ORA-27044: unable to write the header block of file Linux-x86_64
Error: 22: Invalid argument

Another possible error:

ORA-00301: error in adding log file
'/oracle/<SID>/mirrlogA/log_g1m2.dbf,/oracle/<SID>/origlogA/log_g1m1.dbf' - file cannot be created
ORA-27040: file create error, unable to create file
