2926316 - Multiple EmployeeSignDate fields on a PDF form did not populate values - Onboarding 1.0

Symptom

  • We have mapped multiple 'EmployeeSignDate' fields on a PDF form with DocuSign feature enabled, but it only populated value for only one field when the form is generated for a candidate.

  • When Click2Sign is used for the form, all the EmployeeSignDate fields are populated with values.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 - All versions

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a pdf form and map multiple EmployeeSignDate fields.

  2. Upload the PDF form in Onboarding > Settings > PDF Forms

  3. Then add the form in a process via Onboarding > Referenced Files forms

  4. Create a candidate and complete the activity.
  5. Check the form generated for the candidate and see that only one EmployeeSignDate field is populated with value.

Cause

Mapping multiple EmployeeSignDate field is a DocuSign limitation.

Resolution

As per confirmation from engineering, this is a DocuSign limitation. When onboarding send information over to DocuSign, we do so in an API/XML call: As a result, there's ONE field for this signature date, and it cannot be replicated in mutiple fields.
