2926317 - Restoring Integration with OpenText - Post Refresh

1. Customer would like to use OpenText as 3rd party storage solution for their BizX tenant.
2. Customer is using OpenText as their document storage on the Target instance. What will happen to the attachments and current Document Management Service configuration post refresh?
3. How to re-establish OpenText Integration in Target instance post-refresh?

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

All documents will not be copied from Source to Target instance for both manual and automated refreshes (Instance refresh tool). All document links in the application (e.g. candidate resume in candidate profile) when clicked, will open a dummy attachment which will show the message “The document that you are trying to access has been removed from the system” as described in KBA 2900061 - Attachments are empty post BizX Refresh.

NOTE: Starting 2H 2021 (B2111), there will be no need to reconfigure the DMS OpenText integration after the instance refresh procedure. If you face any issues with the DMS connection after the post-refresh procedure is completed, please contact SAP Support team (LOD-SF-PLT-DOC).
