2926333 - Warning of Deprecated Associations in CDS View

When consuming a Data Source (CDS View), a warning similar to the following is displayed for one or more associations used in the Data Source

Material is deprecated. Please use the successor Product.

The CDS view has an association with other CDS Views which are deprecated and have been replaced by different CDS Views

• This is a warning that the CDS View for the named association has been replaced with a new CDS View
• At some future date, the deprecated CDS View will be removed from the product
• If a Custom CDS View references a deprecated CDS View as a primary or associated data source, or if a Custom Analytical Query references a deprecated CDS View as the data source, then it is recommended the Custom CDS View or Custom Analytical Query be update to use the replace CDS View as soon as possible
• This warning is intended to provide advanced notice of the removal of the CDS View from the product so that the customer has sufficient time for the necessary development and testing to update their Custom CDS Views and Custom Analytical Queries to use the replace CDS View
• If an SAP View is referencing another deprecated CDS View, then SAP Development will be making the necessary updates to address the deprecated view
