Length of the field across multiple portlets are inconsistent within Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

The field widths across multiple portlets are inconsistent and cut off content information when being updated and field lengths can't be adjusted, which has poor end user experience.

Example :

1. Job Info Portlet

Position Title field width truncates the position information
Legal Entity field length inconsistent with the other org hierarchy objects (Division/Branch/Section/Subsection)
Location Group & Location do not align with fields on next line (Cost Center / Time Zone)

2. Bank Details

Account Type field truncates content of field
Payment Method, Bank Country/Region & Currency fields are inconsistent with length of other fields.

3. Termination Portlet

Termination Date field truncates Date and is inconsistent with other field widths on the screen

Resolution

Fix for this issue will be implemented in b2011 release.
