For ASK HR application, Timestamps are in different timezone in C4C & SF system

Reproducing the Issue
When Employee "X" tries to create a ticket and laptop local time is 11.22 AM IST , In ASK HR application the ticket timestamp shows 11.22 AM IST based on local laptop time but local time in user profile is 01:01:47
When we check timestamp in C4C for the same ticket it shows 5:52 AM which is server time stamp of SF system .
SF instance shows time as per the Employee location (PST)
ASK HR application shows time as per the logged in user.(as per the laptop local time)
C4C Instance shows in UTC timezone.
So we have 3 different type of times available in the ASK HR integration.
The time shown in "Employee File" page is based on the timezone set in employment information of that employee in EC and in ASK HR application it is shown based on the place from where you access the application. More precisely, it is based on the browser time.
At the moment, we cannot sync both SF & C4C team to display time in same timezone as it's 2 different products.
