2926404 - After upgrade to BI 4.2 SP7, Crystal Report scheduled to printer are cut off the page

• After upgrading from BI 4.2 SP2 to SP7, Crystal Reports that are scheduled to printers have some data cut off. 
• The report contents are missing off the page, on the right hand side and the bottom of the page. It is as if the report content is stretched out and no longer fits the page.
• This only happens when the Crystal Report is scheduled. It doesn't happen if the report is viewed, then exported to PDF and then printed. It also doesn't happen if the successful instance is printed. 
• The issue doesn't happen in the Crystal Reports 2016 Designer.
