2926508 - The Filter is Missing for Column ID in the Installed Base Item's Facet

Symptom

There is no option to search with Item's Id within the installed base.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Installed Base work center.
  2. Go to the Installed Base view .
  3. Search with Installed Base LMN (where LMN represent the installed base name) and open it.
  4. Go to the Items facet.
  5. Here you can see for column ID, there is only sorting option not the filter to search with item id.

Cause

There is no filter for column id provided under installed base item's facet.

Resolution

You can use Locate option to search/filter with item Id.

  1. Go to the Installed Base work center.
  2. Go to the Installed Base view .
  3. Search with Installed Base LMN and open it.
  4. Go to the Items facet.
  5. Click on the Locate option/button .
  6. Here, in Locate screen you can see there is option to either search with ID or even filter with ID.
