2926509 - Not authorized for # when authorizing the initial value via customer-exit

Symptom

A restricted user gets an authorization error. After recording and checking an OLAP-authorization trace according to note 2044628 and 1234567, it turns out that the initial value # is not getting authorized.
This value is assigned using a customer exit variable maintained in the assigned analysis authorization.
