2926632 - Click Through link tracking creates 2 or more interactions but link was clicked only once

Symptom

You executed an Email campaign with the email content containing a link for Link Tracking.

Contact receives the email in Outlook and opens the email to click the link.
After clicking the link once, there are 2 or more CLICK_THROUGH interactions are created in Contact's Interaction.
