Symptom
- System was updated using Software Update Manager (SUM)
- Transaction SGEN was started and the Option 'Regenerate after SAP system upgrade' was selected
- Error message 'Unable to open file REPLIST /usr/sap/<SID>/<INSTANCE>/work' is displayed.
