Symptom

  • Error when opening a report.
  • When opening a report, the dynamic parameters are converted to static parameters.
  • When opening a report in Crystal Reports, that was promoted from another server, it displays the error:
           
    "Unable to load prompt group from repository. Recreating prompt group locally, but some information may be lost."
