2926855 - Failure Date column is blank after course failure - User Learning Plan (CSV) report

Symptom

Failure Date column of User Learning Plan (CSV) standard report is blank even after user failing the item assessment and receiving the failure status.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactor Learning

Reproducing the Issue

  1. User receives a failure status after completing the Item;
  2. Admin runs the standard User Learning Plan (CSV) report;
  3. Failure Date column is blank for the Course ID failed.

Cause

The item has not been assigned via Curriculum. The "Failure Date" column of the report is part if the table PA_STUD_QUAL_CPNT present in the report query. As this table stores student curricula components, the Failure Date is only triggered when the course is assigned via curricula.

Resolution

In order to see information for Failure Date column of User Learning Plan (CSV) report, please include the Item required into a Curriculum and assign the Curriculum to the affected users.
