2926904 - Interactive forms not available

You could not find interactive forms or when you want to scope,the respective question is grayed out.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Business configuration work center
2. Click on Implementation projects view
3. Select the respective Project
4. Click on Edit project scope
5. Go to Questions
6. Expand Sourcing
7. Expand Sourcing and contracting
8. Select Communication for sourcing and contracting
9. the question""Do you want to use interactive forms in the RFQ process?"
10. and question "you receive supplier quote using interactive forms"
11. both are grayed out and you select them and then click on Dependency tab
12. You will see that technical user has deselected it

 or

1.  Go to Application user management  work center
2.  Go to Form template maintenance View
3.  Search for interactive forms
4.  You will not see any interactive forms

 You didn't scope the "interactive Forms" itself.

1. Go to Business configuration work center
2. Click on Implementation projects view
3. Select the respective Project
4. Click on Edit project scope
5. Go to Scoping
6. Expand Communication and Information Exchange 
7. Expand Office and Desktop Integration
8. Check mark Interactive Forms
