2927036 - Error message about Call of FM RSWR_PREEXECUTION_PROXY to ProgramId occurs during BW Broadcasting

• After upgrading to 7.50 SPS16, the following error message is seen while doing BW Broadcasting:

Java system error: Call of FM RSRD_X_PRODUCE_PROXY to ProgramID xxxxxxx on host

• The following error message is seen in default trace:
