AO Connections stop working after BW Migration/Upgrade from HANA 1.0 to HANA 2.0

Below error appears while trying to connect the Virtual Host url:-

"Failed to get connections for connection using session locale [English].
HTTP connection error: request returned response code 400 - Bad Request,
ERROR InformationAccess Service GetSErverInfo is not available.
Install the SAP HANA EPM-MDS plugin. (42001) Server returned HTTP response code: 400 for URL."
