2927327 - ASE cannot connect to a running SYSAM server - SAP ASE

• ASE cannot connect to a running SYSAM server and reports messages below
• ASE was started pointing to the wrong license server.
• How can this error be resolved, without a reboot?

SySAM:  Cannot connect to license server system.
SySAM:  The license server manager (lmgrd) has not been started yet, 
SySAM:  the wrong port@host or license file is being used, or the 
SySAM:  port or hostname in the license file has been changed.

• A check on the SYSAM license server shows it is up and running
  
  sysam status -a
  Returns the information for the correct location. including:
  SYBASE: UP v11.16
