2927333 - Business rules not followed when triggering ONB2.0 Programs based on Country - Onboarding 2.0

When configuring a business rule for Onboarding 2.0 Programs tasks configuration, it doesn't trigger if Country is used as trigger condition. Instead, the default Onboarding 2.0 Program is assigned to the candidate after completing the New Hire Data Review Step.

Incorrect configuration in conditions used in the business rule. Customer uses the following configuration set-up in their business rule:

Process.User.Job Information.Country is equal to <select country>
Then
Set Process.Onboarding Tasks Configuration to be equal to <select ONB2.0 Program>

It is suggested that you modify the business rule, and select the Country property of the Company field in the Job Information HRIS element. (see sample rule below)
