Internal candidates can see the Company field during the application process even if is not permissioned.

The field Company (which is a standard) is set in the candidate profile template.

This field appears in the candidate search.

From the candidate search you are accessing as a recruiter and not as an internal candidate.

As an internal candidate applying for a job we cannot see the Company field, since it’s not authorized. It will only appears in the candidate search.

You can define read/write permission in the candidate profile template in the provisioning.

If you define the permission, the field company will appear in the candidate profile.
