There is a "Draft" status in Email Service >> Email Status >> Filter By: Status. What does it mean?
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
Resolution
When an email message is created, it is assigned the status 'Draft'.
After the email is sent out from the email framework, it is assigned the status 'Sent/Failed' accordingly.
Email Message stays in 'Draft' status for a very short time, as it is sent out soon after creation and the message status changes to 'Sent/Failed'.
