2927550 - Archiving Appointments in Outlook

Symptom

Does archiving appointments in Outlook, remove them from C4C ?

Environment

 SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the Outlook Add-in.
  2. Open the Appointment.
  3. Click on 'File' > 'Move to Folder' > Select the 'Archive' Folder.

Resolution

There will not be any update from Outlook to C4C when archiving cases. So, when archiving an appointment, it will remain in C4C without any status changes.
