2927856 - "Stalled Workflow - Employee Related" data is blank when accessed via Admin Alerts card in the Homepage

Symptom

"Stalled Workflow - Employee Related" data shows blank when accessed via Admin Alerts in Homepage, however, when accessed via Admin Alerts in Admin Center, data can be seen.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access "Stalled Workflow - Employee Related" via Admin Alerts in Homepage will show no data:

             

           2. But when accessed via Admin Alerts in Admin Center, data on Stalled Workflow shows:

             

Cause

Permission to view "Stalled Workflow - Employee Related" in Admin Alerts via Homepage is not enabled. Full description can be found on List of Role-Based Permissions | SAP Help Portal 

Moreover, please ensure that Employee Data -> Status  permission is granted with target population as all employees. 

Resolution

Navigate to Manage Permission Role> Select the Role> Permissions Tab> Administrator Permissions> Admin Alerts Object Permissions> Stalled Workflows - Employee Related and check the View box. You also have the option to check Actions Edit and Import/Export:
