2927866 - Operation CREATE could not be carried out for TRAN during SPO activation

Symptom

The activation of an InfoCube based Semantically Partitioned Object (SPO) is failing with the following errors:

  • Operation CREATE could not be carried out for TRAN
  • Internal error: CL_RSLPO_COMP_TRFN IF_RSLPO_GEN~CREATE ERROR_1 CX_RS_FAILED

Checking the detailed log for the component activation it shows the following:

  • RSTRAN539 Unit / Currency &1 of key figure &2 in rule &3 not currently
