Filters on the threshold seems only working when the page filter is from the same model that use to create the threshold filter.

SAP Analytics Cloud

1. Create a new story base on two models A_Q001 and B_Q001. 
2. Link the two models.
3. Create a new measure with the calculation.
4. Format this new measure as Percentage.
5. Create the thresholds over this new measure with adding a filter from a dimension in A_Q001 model.
6. Create a page filter by selecting the dimension in A_Q001 model.
7. Show threshold measure in the widget. No issue.
8. If create a page filter by selecting a dimension from a different model B_Q001, then the threshold doesn't work.

This is a by design behavior.
