2927942 - text of key does not display in F4 help even the characteristic displays as "Key and Text"

Symptom

A characteristic is set as display as "Key and Text".

But when checking F4 help of the characteristic in query, only Key is displayed.

If you logon the system with another specific language, both of Key and Text could show correctly.
